Dell Xps Running Hot

Temperature Laptop – great gameplay?
Hi, I have a Dell XPS M1530. Has a gefores NVIDIA 8600GT GPU. I recently installed Call of Duty: Modern Warfare about it. After about 10 minutes of running The Game, I can hear the fans kick in. Slowly but surely increases the fan speed. At this point, fans are full speed and air that is pumped out of the rear ventilation is very hot. However, the gameplay does not lag at all. Would I be correct in saying that indicates that the computer is dealing with The Game perfectly fine (since there is no lag in game) and is within the range of temperature accepatble (ie do not no damage to any of the components inside the laptop)? I'm thinking of buying a cooler that will blow cold air at the bottom of the laptop and the air ventilation at the bottom of the laptop. Does this also helps to cool things? Thank you. JB
Yes, a set of features such as high CoD6 require more power of the GPU, making it warmer, and the fan speed faster. Therefore, if more hot air coming out of the hole, is a good sign that the GPU running well. But cooling laptop is always help, they can help your performance a little overheating eventually affects, and can protect you from any possible hardware problems you can get from overheating. They will cool your laptop down. I use one, it works well for me: http://catalog.belkin.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Product_Id=471108 #
