Dell Xps Screen Problems

My Dell XPS 420 is having problems starting.?

I consulted the manual and all the things we tried, nothing has changed, it still does the same. The lights that appear to this problem are 1 and 4 (together) and then sometimes switch to 2 and 3 (together) My manual has nothing for 1 and 4 lights .. and beep sounds nothing like the examples given in the manual. It is nothing but a long beepbeepbeepbeepbeepbeepbeepbeep repetitive 'no pauses, breaks, and will .. We have drawn from memory and put them back, but nothing changed .. except the numbers. We also shut off everything and put them back together. That did nothing. We do not know what to do. In addition, the monitor does not give the warnings, it just stays on loading screen is. One long beep is a lack of keyboard … You have a different keyboard to try? It would be better to try a USB keyboard style … Turn the old keyboard and then plug in a different, then restart the computer. See if this works …
