Help with my Dell XPS 200?

I had my computer for over a year. Until last week, it worked beautifully. Then I moved. I connected everything and hit the power button. Was when I heard a strange noise (like a dial tone). The computer does not boot or show anything on the screen. She just turns on and off. The work of fans. The units make noise, I do not see anything on the screen. The cursor in the boot menu or anything. Now, I use a (hopefully) temporary replacement, until I find out what's wrong with the computer. HELP!
