Does anyone know where we can get a heatsink and VGA card for Dell XPS One (All in one), because the mines came with nothing. We tried but dell.com resquests a serial number, and we do not want to put the serial number i. THX! Im a noob!

Unless you give the serial number you get no help at all from Dell. I see no reason to give the serial number unless the machine is stolen.
