Dell Xps Sound Problem

What could be causing my computer to have sound problems?

I've heard from noise and light emitted by the speakers of my computer always I scroll down or load web pages when I'm listening to music with Winamp or Windows Media Center to watch TV. I removed my sound card, changed the BIOS settings to use the onboard audio and I still had the same problem. I tried re-installing the operating system, drivers and software from scratch and still the same thing! I "ve if that computer for several years and never encountered this problem before. I'm running Vista Ultimate 32-bit on a Dell XPS 410 desktop. The problem was the same when running Vista 64-bit. I checked the speakers and cable connections to speaker and everything bad is good. Does anyone know what might be causing the audio distortion? My speakers are good. She had been the graphics card. I swapped video cards and no longer have the sound distortion issues. I think the other board was beginning to let go.

Just take the speaker to the electronics store nearby. Problem could be the amplifier or something .. DOn't worry about it ..
