Dell Xps Studio 1340 Specs

It is my Studio Dell XPS 1340 laptop qualified for Windows 7 Professional?

SPECIFICATIONS Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo P8600@2.40 GHz RAM: 4GB System Type: 64-bit Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 9500M Cache: 3MB/6MB Hard Disk: 500GB My Laptop was bought with a pre-installed Windows Vista Home Premium 64BIT SP1 and has a Vista sticker. I'm wondering what is the best way to install Windows 7 Professional and is advisable. I'm worried if I buy a Windows 7 and install it, drivers and utilities may not work properly since I think it's configured for Vista. Will the store I bought it to sell me a CD of Windows 7 and drivers CD and utilities made for this laptop? If my laptop is not qualified, what are the items I'll need to upgrade to make it eligible? The processor this laptop is upgradeable to Centrino 2 or i7 or i5? What are the pros and cons, if I get the Windows 7 Pro? Additional question, what is the best fan for this notebook? It just takes a breather and blocks the screen when in use? Council would be greatly appreciated.
