When installing an USB scanner, sometimes we find that this device can not be recognized by your computer. If you are experiencing this problem, you know how to eliminate it? You can follow the instructions below:
First of all you need to check if the lock back of the scanner is open or not. If not, unlock it.
Two, if the secure lock has been opened, but the system is still unable to identify your USB device, you can check if you have installed a scanner driver or the driver is correct for your device.
Step 1 Find your scanner model.
Step 2 Check its driver in Device Manager sheet.

Then save the operation and restart the system so as to enable the USB port on the motherboard.
Four, you can try to change the scanner into another USB port. Because if the cable at the end of this port is not right, it would also generate the above failure, which often happens in the port on the motherboard front USB.
Five, the motherboard may not be compatible with your scanner port, so you can not find this device on your computer. To cancel it, you need to check the model of your motherboard chipset, download the latest driver or the motherboard USB patch corresponding from the site and then install this driver or patch.
