Laptop will not start sometimes?

I just bought a new laptop its a Dell XPS M1730. Its worked fine for about a month now, but its started have a loading problem when I turn it on. What happens is that after I turn off my computer and then plug it back in the day the laptop is the loading screen and then the screen goes black with a little white line in the upper right corner. So far what ive to do to fix this is to turn off my computer and remove the battery and then put it back in. I was wondering if any of u know what is causing this problem and how I could fix it. Thanks for your help

I'd call Dell support for this problem, the hardware is more related to the unit and should be fixed or replaced.
