Dell Xps Windows 7 Upgrade

Looking to upgrade to Windows 7?

So I'm in the move to upgrade from Windows 7, but I have a small dilemma. After running advisor update, the results say that my current graphics card does not support Aero. Current system is a Dell XPS 400 (Dell computer model DXP051) with an ATI Radeon X300 SE 128MB HyperMemory graphics card 128Mb. All other hardware requirements passed the test. Can someone help with choosing a new graphics card that supports Aero? If I need to provide more information, please let me know and I'll add on. Thank you!

Any more recent card low price will do. Something like the Radeon HD 4350 or HD 4550 or GeForce 9400GT or 9500GT.
