CyberPower PC is a scam?!?

I bought a PC from 10/10/07 and received them damaged. It was clearly damaged before boarding because the boxes transport were perfect. Took in touch with them and get them to take it back. They were on 11 / 7 until 11/16 (8 days later) they still not put in a request for my refund. After arguing on the phone with them, I asked to speak with a supervisor and, literally, the girl told me that there was supervisors. She gave me the email address presidents (supposedly) and when I asked for a phone number that she said she had no phone! They refuse to give me my refund! Plus consider this: cyberpowerpc.com, and ibuypower.com buyxg.com (and maybe more?) Are all companies that sell exactly the same products exactly the same. Is neither shadow? This company has to be a farce. Oh yeah, they committed mail fraud, alleging FedEx damaged the computer so they do not have to pay to send it back.
