It ibuypower cyberpower and good places to buy a computer?

I am really surprised to hear very polarized opinions in the forums most people i read say that they have some loose ends, no screws for fans, hard drives disconnected, PSUs wrong and still leave a "good feedback" I'm starting to wonder if this is common or only those people usually post in the forums, while not happy. can someone tell me what they recommend?

I recommend a Cyberpower, and to cross it before you start. Checking the plugs are connected and the screws are comfortable. Cyberpower has a great price there i7 w P55 / NVIDIA GTX 275.
