Where is the best place to start a game Cheap Desktop? (In U.S. $ 1200) DO NOT BUILD YOUR OWN.?

Looking for a cheap desktop with approximately the following specifications. Intel Duo / Quad Core 2.0 Ghz CPU + 8800 GT or higher gpu Looking to spend $ 1200 or less. I am not repeat not looking to build MYSELF. I want a good warranty to go with the system as I do not want to deal with the hassle (Please do not argue with me, want to be helpful with my question or simply do not respond I'm not asking people personal accusations about it) So now I have looked www.ibuypower.com (bad reputation) www.dell.com (found some decent refurbs) www.cyberpowerpc.com (reputation again a bit of bad quality) Obviously Ebay, but I would rather avoid it. Any other suggestions I have not looked at? Thank you to anyone with a remotely useful answer.

Keep checking the large sites. Take a few weeks and wait for an agreement. I would use Newegg, TigerDirect and buy.com Better yet sign up for websites and email with details of sale.
