Does anyone know if buying iBUYPOWER is reliable or the value of?

I really want to get a computer from here, but I do not know if they are reliable or just a hoax. Can anyone help me?

I see ads for them all the time in game magazines so chances are they are legitimate. However I have not really bought anything from them so I have no firsthand experience.
