Ibuypower.com is a good place to buy?

I have heard several contradictory comments about Ibuypower.com and I was wondering if I buy my next computer from them. It seems that people are buying the latest technology high-end are the only ones having problems, but I was just looking to buy a computer from low to mid range around $ 800. It's nothing too complicated, but it is something that all of you think that will spoil? I know your customer service is horrible, but most computer companies have the same problem. I was also looking avadirect.com, but is a little more expensive than the other companies. I also looked to build my own computer, but I really do not want anything messy.
