dell media direct boot error?

hi to all .. dell media direct on my notebook does not start when I press the media direct but the media dell screen welcome direct Appears for 5 seconds and then boots to Vista. please help me solve the problem, Dell XPS M1530 Windows Vista Home Premium I also have my mother is from Dell, because of the issue and media NVIDIA startup problem started directly after replacing the motherboard before was working well

Why not disable it and use Windows Media Player. It has many more functions than DMD. Check to see what bios you have or go to the Dell website and enter the service tag # and update the BIOS.
