I need help for my laptop will not turn on?

I do not know what happened but when I try toturn on my laptop will not connect. It was working well yesterday. I have a Dell XPS and is 2 years. I heard about this battery recall, but not sure if this is the cause. Please help, I tried to use my power too adpter and it has no power.

If the processor doesn't work that is probably a failure of the hard drive. perhaps he could have fallen and unlodgen card or something of a slot but proabaly note of the battery / power adatpé
