Kernel.dll have the file deleted from my computer.
Cannot turn my pc to the desktop. im wondering if there is a way to install a bootable CD with the file to the kernel on a different PC, and just boot from a CD. If its possible how can I do it. Thanks for your time have a Dell XPS 410 if that helps
